We have appointed Blackstar Warranties to act as our customer care team and warranty administrators. The team is available by e-mail on [email protected] or via the telephone on 0203 146 8732. If you have any issues whatsoever no matter how minor please get in touch with Blackstar Warranties and they will endeavour to resolve your problem by return.
Your vehicle has been provided with a warranty that is administered by Blackstar Warranties. Please note that the warranty in no way affects any of your statutory rights. In the event that you wish to make a claim on your warranty please contact Blackstar Warranties on the contact details above.
At the point of sale you would have been provided with a warranty booklet which sets out the terms of the agreement of the warranty. We would suggest that you familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions and exclusions of the warranty. If you require a duplicate agreement or booklet please contact Blackstar Warranties who will provide this to you.
Prior to selling your vehicle it will have been subject to a pre-delivery inspection and an inspection by a DVSA approved garage and will be sold with a 12 month MOT.
Buy with confidence - We offer 30 day exchange or refund. If you do find a serious problem with the car in the first 30 days, we will happily exchange it, or you can have a full refund.
Terms & Conditions
Refunds within the first 30 days of ownership are subject to you, the customer, demonstrating that the serious fault existed on the car when you purchased it.
Once the refund is agreed you agree to return the car to Optimum Vehicles Limited.
Refunds will be paid within 14 days of return of the vehicle. If there was a part exchange, and this car is still available, Optimum Vehicles Limited, reserve the right to return the car as part of the refund, at the part exchange value, less any costs incurred on the car (paintwork, service work etc).
Where a customer had negative equity, it will be their responsibility to repay the amount to Optimum Vehicles Limited, once the car has been returned. Any finance agreement will be cleared once the car is returned.
Where a customer chooses a replacement car, they may swap "like for like" on price, or adjust any difference on screen price. Finance can be re arranged on the exchange car, on the same terms.
A customer can only have one exchange.
Where a viable repair is preferred, we will be happy to do this. If a repair is uneconomical we reserve the right to offer an exchange or full refund.
Service items required are not considered reasons for returning a vehicle. It is the customers' responsibility to maintain the car once purchased.
This does not apply to vehicles bought for high performance or commercial use or for taxi or hire or reward purposes.
